SvendShare ("the app") is an expense-splitting app built and operated by Møller Svendsen Consult ApS. This page explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and how you can control or delete it.
All of the above is used exclusively to operate the app's core functionality: tracking shared expenses, calculating who owes whom, and displaying your groups and history. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
SvendShare does not integrate any advertising or analytics SDKs. If SMS-based phone verification is enabled, a one-time verification code is sent via Twilio solely to confirm your phone number; Twilio does not receive any other app data.
The app's backend runs on infrastructure operated directly by Møller Svendsen Consult ApS. Expense and account data is stored in a private database; receipt photos are stored in private object storage. Nothing is hosted by a third-party analytics, marketing, or data-broker platform.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. If you have an outstanding balance in any group, you'll need to settle it first — this keeps balance history accurate for other group members.
When you delete your account, your name and phone number are permanently anonymized and your password is invalidated so you can never log in again. Expense and payment records you were part of are kept (in anonymized form) only because other members of your shared groups still need that history for their own balance calculations — this data is never re-associated with your real identity.
SvendShare is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
